Case study: Iron Maiden EddFest 2026
Held over two hot summer days at Knebworth Park in Hertdfordshire. EddFest was the highlight of Iron Maidens recent tour. Featuring two days of music, a fairground, and a museum of Maiden props used over the years. This job demanded a super fast turnaround, a full days filming to capture the ambience of the event followed by an edited video the very first thing in the morning. Owing to the number of people and limited space in the crowd this was shot on a compact, handheld cinema camera.

What photography services do you offer?
I shoot corporate, event, editorial, headshot, venue and property photography. Jobs can be stills only, or stills and video on the same booking.
Do you film video as well as take photographs?
Yes. I work as a camera operator as well as a photographer, so I can deliver photos, edited video, or both from one visit.
Can you provide live video for news and broadcasters?
Yes. I supply live breaking-news and event coverage to UK and international broadcasters using a LiveU LU300S encoder.
Where are you based, and how far will you travel?
I’m based in Norwich and cover Norfolk and the rest of the UK. Travel is agreed when you book.
Who do you work with?
Businesses, individuals, venues, and newsrooms. Typical work includes company photography and film, events, press, and live broadcast inserts.
Can I book photography and video on the same day?
Yes. That is often the most efficient option. I can capture stills and moving footage together, then deliver a photo set and a short film.
How far in advance should I book?
For planned work, as soon as the date is fixed. News and short-notice jobs are taken when I am available that day.
What do you need from me before a shoot?
The date, location, what you need delivered, and any branding or shot list. For live work I also need the broadcast contact and feed details.
Do you edit the photos and video yourself?
Yes. Photographs are supplied edited. Video can be a finished short film, rushes, or a live feed, depending on the brief.
How do I get a quote?
